Tues 24th June, 1st, 8th, 15th & Sat July 26th £80 Royal Icing & Piping On this class you will be royal icing an 8 inch round and an 8 inch square fruit cake. You will then be shown how to produce royal iced collars and lots of decorative piping techniques. to include all Royal icing
Tues 22nd, 29th July & 5th August £66 Trio of Buttercream Bring a 6 inch sponge/fruit/dummy cake with you each week and learn to decorate each one using ribbon, scallop, ruffle & basketweave techniques.
Sat 9th August £45 Lace effects on cakes You will be covering a cake with black sugarpaste and decorating with pieces of lace that we will be making on the day. To include the Lace powder.
