Sat 25th & Sun 26th February. 2 day Chocolate Course. £160
|Day 1 Sat, The basic challenge is to temper the chocolate to make truffles, pralines, use chocolate moulds and make chocolate shapes on transfer papers. Day 2 Sun, Marzipan and cover a 6 inch chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, decorate with chocolate roses, leaves and pieces made on the day|

|Sat 4th March. 1 Day Spring Flowers. £40||
The perfect start to spring, you will be making sweet peas, primroses and catkins.
|Thur 23rd & 30th March & 6th April.Lily & Hydrangeas. £50||Over 3 weeks we will make these beautiful flowers and then assemble, colour and dust them.|
|Sat 1st & Sun 2nd April. Basic Cake. £85||Marzipan and ice a 6 inch square fruit cake, decorate by adding a frill and finish with a small flower spray with a shimmering small drape behind.|
|Thur 13th & 20th April & Sat 13th May. Royal Icing, Piping & Writing. £85||At the very beginning of the course you will learn how to make a perfect royal icing, suitable for cake covering, you will then learn the importance of pressure piping|
|Thur 27th April & 4th & 11th May. Japanese Cherry Blossoms & Anemones. £50||After making our Japanese cherry blossoms and buds, we will tape them onto bare twigs and make some richly coloured anemones with black furry centres, there will always be an anemone to match the oddest of colour schemes. A must for every cake decorator.|
|Sat 20th & Sun 21st May. 2 day Painted, Stacked Celebration Cake. £160||Marzipan & ice a 6 inch and 9 inch round fruit cakes, dowel and stack them, then paint a country scene around both tiers and complete with beautiful scabious flowers.|
